where to login

Log in to the MEMBER PORTAL by selecting the Member Login button at the top of the page, inputting the email address and password you created at the time you purchased your membership.
how to reset password
If you forgot your password, enter the email address on file and select ‘reset password’. A reset link will be emailed to you.
how to look up your pin/entrance code
Your PIN code can be found on your membership portal by

Logging into the MEMBER PORTAL with your email address and the password you created when you purchased the membership.

Look under Active/Pending Credentials.

Look at the Credential field in the line with your current membership

Note that active PIN codes will have a green circle next to them. If there is a yellow or red circle your membership may have expired or be past due.

how to cancel membership
Recurring monthly memberships automatically continue with a recurring charge to the credit card on file, unless it is cancelled by the purchaser PRIOR TO the next bill date.
If you need to cancel your membership, you can do so by:

Logging into the MEMBER PORTAL with your email address and the password you created when you purchased the membership.

Find your active Membership under the Memberships section on the right.

Select the small red calendar icon and follow the prompts.
does the yearly membership auto-renew?
No. The yearly memberships expire one year from date of purchase/conversion.
how to add purchases and guest passes

While logged into your account, select the Products item in the upper right to review and add any desired products to your cart.

Check out like a normal online transaction

For discounted Guest Passes, park staff must assist with the purchase. You can contact an attendant if one is there or send an email to support@goodtimespark.com with your account name, email address and number of guests.
how to update payment information
If you need to update or change your billing information, you can do so by:

Logging into the MEMBER PORTAL with your email address and the password you created when you purchased the membership.

Follow the prompts under the Payment Method section on the left side of the screen.
how to change membership (i.e. # of children)
The number of children covered by a membership can be increased or decreased at any time by working directly with our staff. Please call 651.454.5736, Option 0 to obtain pricing & further details.
